Important Notes
The snug fit of the interior groove is intentional and not a defect. To properly install the Starlink Mini, lay it flat in the case and press gently on opposite corners with both hands to seat it securely. Avoid forcing the device, as diagonal pressure ensures proper alignment. The case is designed for use with the included cable or compatible DC5521 to USB-C connections. Only the carrying case and cable are included—Starlink Mini hardware and power banks must be purchased separately. For best performance, ensure power banks are fully charged before extended use. Regular inspection of the case seals and hinges is recommended to maintain water resistance over time.
