- Due to the foldable USB-C connector design, it’s recommended to hold both the power bank and your device securely during charging to maintain a stable connection.
- Not compatible with phone cases thicker than 0.19 inches (4.9 mm), such as OtterBox Defender cases.
- Actual usable capacity is approximately 2,600mAh due to standard energy conversion losses during charging. A fully charged unit provides an estimated 2,750–3,500mAh of usable power depending on device and conditions.
