Important Notes
When two or more ports are used—especially USB-A1 or USB-A2—the combined output for non-USB-C1 ports drops to 15W. For optimal speed, always use USB-C1 and/or USB-C2 together. Brief pauses during device connection or disconnection are normal due to internal power reallocation; this does not indicate malfunction.
Like all fast chargers, the Zolo may warm slightly during prolonged use. This is managed by AI-driven temperature regulation compliant with international safety standards (UL, CE, FCC). Maximum output typically occurs when the battery is low and the device screen is off—this behavior matches original equipment manufacturer specifications.
The package includes two Anker Zolo chargers, welcome guides, and access to customer support. No cables are included; ensure your existing USB-C or USB-A cables match your device requirements. Due to power distribution limits, full 50W output is only available when using USB-C1 and USB-C2 together.
