- Microphone functionality requires a 3.5mm TRRS connector; PCs with separate audio and mic jacks need a splitter cable.
- No adapters are included—users must provide Lightning or USB-C adapters if needed for compatible devices.
- For optimal sound quality, select the eartip size that fits most snugly in your ear canal.

Important Notes:
- PCs with separate audio and microphone jack need a headphone splitter to use the microphone.
- Volume control feature doesn’t work on PC, laptop and old version iPods.
- Volume up feature doesn’t work on Pixel 3A and Galaxy A9, S10, Note 9.
- No adapter included in the box.
- It’s passive noise reduction, so won’t cancel the noise completely.
- Please change the eartips to the ones that fit more snugly in your ears if the sound is not good.
