Important Notes
- Only works with Apple Watch models starting from Series 2—Series 1 is not supported.
- Must use the provided 18W or higher adapter for full functionality; lower wattage may result in slower or interrupted charging.
- Thick phone cases exceeding 3mm may interfere with charging—remove heavy or metallic protective covers before use.
- Do not clean the charger while connected to power.
- Avoid using in high humidity or extreme heat environments to preserve internal circuitry.
- If charging fails, verify device compatibility, check for nearby metal objects like credit cards, ensure proper centering on the pad, and confirm the Apple Watch is running the latest software.
- For AirPods 2 users: Only the version with wireless charging case can be used—the standard 2nd Gen model is incompatible.
- Do not pull or forcefully disconnect the charging connection; excessive force may damage the soft silicone housing and internal wiring.

This wireless charger only supports Apple Watch; other smart watches are not recommended. The Apple Watch needs to be updated to the latest system when charging. When charging the device, avoid using thick protective cases (> 3 mm) and other accessories. To charge 3 devices at the same time or want a fast charging effect, you need an 18W fast charging adapter (included), or a higher wattage charging adapter. If you have AirPods 2 but can’t charge, please check if your AirPods 2 have wireless charging. Since there are two versions of AirPods 2 and 2nd Gen has no wireless charging function, our apple wireless charger can only charge AirPods 2 with wireless charging function. Make sure it does not connect the power supply when cleaning this iPhone wireless charger. Please don’t charge in high temperature and humid environments to avoid damage of circuit. Mobile phone battery health has a certain relationship with charging speed. Please do not pull the wireless charging connection with force, the silicone is soft, and excessive force will easily damage the internal circuit.

If you’re failing to charge your device, please try out the following:
1. Check if the device is compatible, see above detail, or ask the supplier
2. Check whether the indicator turns on or not.
3. Check whether the adapter is 18W OR above.
4. Check if the back of your device have any metal, pop sockets, or credit cards.
5. Put the devices in the center of the charging surface (this lets the charging coil in your devices lineup with the one inside the wireless charger).
6. Devices protect cases should be no thicker than 3 mm for effective charging, or take off directly.
7. Please restart the phone and test with another USB Type-c cable or unplug the adapter and reinsert it.
