Our testing approach is to find all of the stress points and simulate years’ worth of wear on those spots. To ensure they’re adequately reinforced, and robust enough for lots of travel to come.
How can I clean my Bellroy carry-on luggage?
To clean minor marks on your luggage, simply wipe the area with a damp cloth. For stubborn marks on a hard-shell case, gently wipe the area with a cloth and diluted detergent. Wipe dry with a clean, dry cloth.
Which Bellroy luggage parts are replaceable?
The wheels, grab handles, telescopic handle, TSA lock and packing cells of the Transit Carry-On and Transit Carry-On Large are replaceable, and the wheels and telescopic handle of the Lite Carry-On are replaceable.
Does Bellroy luggage meet carry-on baggage size requirements?
From experience, we believe our entire carry-on range will be fine to take onboard most airlines, but there is a chance you may be asked to check the bag. The Transit Carry-On Large has been designed to maximize space for generous airline limits.
Is Bellroy luggage water resistant?
Yes, it is water resistant! The materials are fit-for-purpose – the nylon ripstop shell of the Lite Carry-On is compressible and less susceptible to dints and scratches, and the polycarbonate shell of the Transit styles is extremely hard-wearing.
What is the internal organization of the Bellroy cases like?
The Transit styles feature removable, modular packing cells, and the Lite Carry-On has intuitive built-in packing cells. All styles also have a large drop-in zone and flat-item storage (classic, tried-and-true features).

Glide through transit on HINOMOTO Lisof Silent Run wheels for an ultra-smooth, soundless ride, and with a custom-designed ergonomic telescopic handle featuring 3 lockable heights (measuring 11.6”, 14”, and 17.9” above the top of the case). These, as well as the grab handles, TSA lock and packing cells, are self-replaceable to keep the case rolling for years.
